Hints to Successfully Order Your
Wall Family Photo:
1. We need the highest resolution (high res) digital
photo, zipped, for your Wall Family image. We can
adjust your photo to optimize the image, such as
removing red eyes or adjusting the
brightness/darkness level, etc., for you at no extra
charge.
2. We will need the measurements for the
person/pet/whatever you are ordering. We will need
the height and width measurements so we can make any
adjustments to the image to make it as life size as
possible.3. For instance, if you have a photo of a dog and
you want to include the dog's tail in your Wall Family
photo, be sure to include the tail in your height and
width measurements you provide.
4. As always, if you need help or have any questions,
please call (888) 422-6685 and speak to a member of the
Wall Family/Wall Words Customer Service Team. They will be
glad to assist you in answering your questions so you
can successfully place your Wall Family order. It will
take at least 7 to 10 working days for your order to be
made.
